El Corte Inglés will finalize during this year the drafting of the execution project for the construction of a “groundbreaking office building to be located on the site of Paseo de la Castellana 69 (This building, with approximately 16,000 square meters of gross leasable area, will be the last new building to be constructed in the Central Business District area. four levels, a garden terrace at the top and two parking levels.One of the axes of this project is sustainability to advance in the reduction of environmental impact by using low carbon emission materials, renewable energy sources and high efficiency facilities and betting on a consumption design aligned with the objectives of the UN Agenda 2030 and 2050.
Optimizing real estate assets
