ALTER, Consultores Legales, S.L.P., as data controller, is committed to respecting the privacy of users and the protection and security of their personal data. Therefore, the User is informed about the way in which ALTER, Consultores Legales, S.L.P (hereinafter the Responsible) collects, treats and protects the personal data provided through its website traditioconsultores.com (hereinafter, the “Website“).
In the case of users under 14 years of age, the user declares that he/she has obtained the corresponding authorization from his/her parents or legal representatives.

In any case, the user is informed that, when he/she considers that the RESPONSIBLE has violated, or may have violated the rights that are recognized by the applicable data protection regulations, he/she may file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The RESPONSIBLE will keep the personal data of users only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this period may be extended until the prescription of any liabilities arising from its relationship with the LIABLE.

The RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice, always in accordance with current Spanish legislation on data protection.
